Delivery | We at Ankdesign, understand that getting your ordered items/ services promptly is important to you and make every effort to process your order at the earliest. Although we will dispatch all our items immediately after confirmation of an order, delivery times may vary depending on the city you reside.
Pre-Order Items | Items stating as in the pre-order item in the information section of a product, will be shipped only after a given time period of 15 – 30 days, the reason is that your product is taking its shape and its getting ready.
Out of Stock Items | While we make every effort to keep all listed merchandise in stock, occasionally we are sold out of a certain item. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will send you an email update as quickly as possible. It will then be your choice to proceed and keep the order in place or cancel it. You may choose to write to us – info@resurrect.co.in for any query.
Sales Tax | Sales tax, if applicable, will be added to your order for shipments.
Shipping | All the orders ordered via our website www.ankdesign.in / www.resurrect.co.in and bulk orders via emails, you will receive a separate email notifying about payment confirmation and no items will be shipped unless and until the payment is made against each order or the amount is cleared in our Bank accounts. Once the payment is confirmed, we will then send you a separate emails regarding the status of your order with courier docket number and estimated time.
Please note| We use world class shipping methods for India and International – DHL, USPS, UPS, DPD, DTDC, Professional courier etc. A signature may be required for the delivery of the package. Ankdesign is not responsible for delays due to holidays, weather or any other conditions that may hamper courier services. We will try our best to serve you better.
